The present conditions are intended to define the General Conditions of Sale between Triple Marfel and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by Triple Marfel, such as payment methods and delivery conditions for orders.
ORDERS
The User can place his order online at www.triplemarfel.com. In order to successfully complete your order, certain personal data such as your e-mail address, name, address, telephone, etc. will be required. The User must fill in all mandatory fields for this purpose. When making an online purchase, the User expresses his acceptance, fully and completely, of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in this transaction.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
For addresses in mainland Portugal and Spain, all items are shipped within 24 hrs – Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. Delivery is made in 48 hours after dispatch of the order.
Azores and Madeira: Delivery made between 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch).
Balearic and Canary Islands: Delivery between 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch).
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France (Metropolitan and Corsica), Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Czech Republic, Romania: 5 to 7 working days (after dispatch).
United Kingdom (except Channel Islands) and Ireland: Delivery made between 7 to 10 working days (after dispatch).
PAYMENT
Triple Marfel has different payment methods at your disposal:
Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Visa, ATM Reference, MB Way.
PRICE POLICY
Prices must be understood in Euros, with taxes and fees included. All prices shown include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. Triple Marfel reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To return an item we suggest to use the returns form enclosed with your package.
In case of loss of the returns form, do not worry, you can email our customer service at returns@triplemarfelshop.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or simply download the RMA form from our website at www.triplemarfelshop.com
After receiving the RMA, place the item with the hangtag label securely in its original packaging, and with the return form provided complete. Then, please mail your return to the following address:
